The full arm rotation exercise is designed to improve shoulder mobility and flexibility. It's a dynamic movement involving a circular rotation of the arms, engaging the shoulders and promoting better range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Raise your arms overhead with palms facing forward.
  3. Slowly rotate your arms in a full circle, moving forward and then downward.
  4. Keep movements controlled to maximize shoulder engagement.
  5. Repeat in the opposite direction for a complete set.
