How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height.
  2. Engage your core and lift the kettlebell above head level.
  3. Slowly rotate the kettlebell around your head in a controlled motion, keeping elbows close.
  4. Complete the circle and return the kettlebell to the starting position.
  5. Repeat in the opposite direction.
