How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands at chest height.
- Engage your core and lift the kettlebell above head level.
- Slowly rotate the kettlebell around your head in a controlled motion, keeping elbows close.
- Complete the circle and return the kettlebell to the starting position.
- Repeat in the opposite direction.
