The PVC Pass Through is a mobility exercise aimed at improving shoulder flexibility and range of motion. It involves moving a lightweight pipe over the head from the front to the back, emphasizing control and flexibility in the shoulder girdle.
How to do it
- Stand upright, feet shoulder-width apart, and hold a PVC Pipe with both hands at a wide grip.
- Keep arms straight and lift the pipe overhead slowly.
- Continue moving the pipe behind until it reaches your lower back.
- Reverse the movement, bringing the pipe back overhead to the starting position.
- Maintain a controlled pace throughout to avoid sudden movements.
