The Resistance Band Overhead Shoulder Press is an effective exercise for strengthening the shoulders and upper arms. This exercise helps in building muscular endurance and increasing shoulder mobility by engaging the deltoids while improving overall upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand on the resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the band handles or ends at shoulder height, palms facing forward.
  3. Press the band overhead until arms are fully extended.
  4. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
