Knee Raise Side Jabs is a dynamic, compound exercise that combines a knee raise with a side jab punch. This move enhances cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and strength, particularly in the core and upper body, while also improving balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands up in front of your chest.
  2. Engage your core and lift your right knee towards your chest.
  3. Simultaneously perform a jab with your left hand across your body.
  4. Lower your right leg back to starting position and retract your arm.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side for desired repetitions.
