The Landmine Single Arm Press is a functional strength exercise targeting the shoulder and upper chest muscles. It enhances unilateral strength and stability in the upper body while engaging the core for stabilization. This exercise is effective for building shoulder strength and improving overall functional fitness.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, facing the landmine.
  2. Grip the barbell with one hand at shoulder height.
  3. Press the barbell overhead by extending your arm, keeping your core engaged.
  4. Lower the barbell back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps before switching arms.
