Movements involve lifting a kettlebell from the ground to an overhead position in a fluid, continuous motion.
How to do it
- Start by standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand between your legs.
- Bend your knees and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
- Explosively drive through your hips to swing the kettlebell upwards.
- As the kettlebell reaches chest level, rotate your hand and punch upwards, locking your elbow at the top.
- Lower the kettlebell to the starting position with control.
