The kettlebell one-arm snatch is a dynamic exercise that develops explosive power, coordination, and full-body strength. It primarily targets the shoulder and legs while enhancing core stability. Movements involve lifting a kettlebell from the ground to an overhead position in a fluid, continuous motion.

How to do it

  1. Start by standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand between your legs.
  2. Bend your knees and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. Explosively drive through your hips to swing the kettlebell upwards.
  4. As the kettlebell reaches chest level, rotate your hand and punch upwards, locking your elbow at the top.
  5. Lower the kettlebell to the starting position with control.
