The High Knee Star Tap is a dynamic exercise that combines cardiovascular and strength training by alternating high knee movements with wide arm reaches. It primarily enhances core stability and leg strength while improving coordination and energy expenditure.

How to do it

  1. Start standing with feet hip-width apart and arms extended overhead.
  2. Lift your right knee towards your chest while reaching your left arm across your body.
  3. Quickly switch, lifting your left knee and reaching your right arm across.
  4. Continue alternating sides at a fast pace for the desired duration or reps.
