Leg Drop Pulse is a core-strengthening exercise targeting the lower abdominals. It involves controlled pulsing motion of the legs while maintaining a stable core. This exercise helps improve core stability and enhances abdominal definition.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with your legs raised and knees bent at 90 degrees.
- Extend your arms toward the ceiling to help balance your body.
- Engage your core and slowly lower your legs toward the ground in a controlled manner.
- Pulse the legs slightly by moving them up and down without touching the ground.
- Raise your legs back to the starting position and repeat.
