Leg Drop Pulse is a core-strengthening exercise targeting the lower abdominals. It involves controlled pulsing motion of the legs while maintaining a stable core. This exercise helps improve core stability and enhances abdominal definition.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with your legs raised and knees bent at 90 degrees.
  2. Extend your arms toward the ceiling to help balance your body.
  3. Engage your core and slowly lower your legs toward the ground in a controlled manner.
  4. Pulse the legs slightly by moving them up and down without touching the ground.
  5. Raise your legs back to the starting position and repeat.
