The Twisting Knee-Up exercise is a dynamic movement that targets the core and engages the muscles of the lower body. It helps improve balance, coordination, and core stability by incorporating a rotational element with the knee lift.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and hands raised to the sides.
  2. Lift one knee towards the chest while twisting the torso in the opposite direction.
  3. Engage the core and maintain balance during the twist.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
