The Twisting Knee-Up exercise is a dynamic movement that targets the core and engages the muscles of the lower body. It helps improve balance, coordination, and core stability by incorporating a rotational element with the knee lift.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart and hands raised to the sides.
- Lift one knee towards the chest while twisting the torso in the opposite direction.
- Engage the core and maintain balance during the twist.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
