The Single Lean Back Quadriceps Stretch targets the quadriceps in a seated position by leaning back to increase the stretch intensity. This exercise improves flexibility and muscle lengthening in the front thigh muscles.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the ground with one leg bent in front of you and the other leg straight.
  2. Lean back on your arms, or lower further to your elbows for a deeper stretch.
  3. Hold the stretch position, breathing deeply, and then return to the starting position.
