The Single Lean Back Quadriceps Stretch targets the quadriceps in a seated position by leaning back to increase the stretch intensity. This exercise improves flexibility and muscle lengthening in the front thigh muscles.
How to do it
- Sit on the ground with one leg bent in front of you and the other leg straight.
- Lean back on your arms, or lower further to your elbows for a deeper stretch.
- Hold the stretch position, breathing deeply, and then return to the starting position.
