The Kettlebell Sumo Squat is a lower body exercise that targets the quadriceps, glutes, and adductors. It is performed with a wide stance, holding a kettlebell close to the chest. This exercise enhances strength and stability in the legs and core.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointed out.
  2. Hold a kettlebell with both hands close to your chest.
  3. Lower your hips into a squat position by bending at the knees and keeping your chest up.
  4. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
