How to do it
- Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointed out.
- Hold a kettlebell with both hands close to your chest.
- Lower your hips into a squat position by bending at the knees and keeping your chest up.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
