The bottle weighted deadlift is a variation of the traditional deadlift, using bottles for resistance. This exercise targets the lower body and core, improving strength and stability. It is great for beginners or those with limited equipment, focusing on proper technique and form.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and a bottle in each hand.
  2. Hinge at the hips, lowering the bottles while keeping a flat back.
  3. Engage the core and push through the heels to return to standing.
  4. Keep the shoulders back and down during the movement.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
