The Half Plyo Squat Jack combines a squat with a jumping jack motion, targeting primarily the lower body and cardiovascular endurance. This dynamic exercise enhances explosive power, agility, and coordination while engaging multiple muscle groups.

How to do it

  1. Start in a standing position with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Lower into a half squat, keeping knees aligned with toes.
  3. Jump explosively while spreading your legs wide and raising your arms overhead.
  4. Land softly back into a half squat position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions or time.
