The Cable Bent-Over One-Arm Lateral Raise is an isolation exercise primarily targeting the deltoid muscles. It improves shoulder strength and stability while enhancing upper body muscular definition.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a cable handle with one hand.
- Bend slightly at the hips, keeping back straight and knees slightly bent.
- With the arm slightly bent, lift the cable out to the side until your arm is parallel to the ground.
- Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Maintain core engagement and control throughout the movement.
