The Cable Bent-Over One-Arm Lateral Raise is an isolation exercise primarily targeting the deltoid muscles. It improves shoulder strength and stability while enhancing upper body muscular definition.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a cable handle with one hand.
  2. Bend slightly at the hips, keeping back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. With the arm slightly bent, lift the cable out to the side until your arm is parallel to the ground.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
  5. Maintain core engagement and control throughout the movement.
