Equipment
The Dumbbell Chest Supported Lateral Raise is an exercise that targets the shoulder muscles, particularly enhancing shoulder width and strength. It minimizes involvement from other muscles by using a chest support, allowing for more isolated shoulder muscle activation.
How to do it
- Position a bench at a 45-degree incline.
- Lie face down with your chest against the backrest.
- Hold dumbbells with both hands hanging down.
- Lift the dumbbells outward to shoulder height.
