How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold a barbell behind the neck with an overhand grip.
- Keep the core engaged and back straight throughout the movement.
- Press the barbell upward until arms are fully extended overhead.
- Lower the barbell back behind the neck with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
