How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms by sides.
- Lower into a squat, keeping chest up and knees aligned with toes.
- Explode upward, extending arms and legs out into a star shape.
- Land softly back into the squat position.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining smooth motion.
