The star squat combines a squat with a star jump, helping to build strength and increase heart rate. It primarily targets the lower body and shoulders, promoting coordination, balance, and cardiovascular endurance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, arms by sides.
  2. Lower into a squat, keeping chest up and knees aligned with toes.
  3. Explode upward, extending arms and legs out into a star shape.
  4. Land softly back into the squat position.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining smooth motion.
