A dynamic exercise mimicking the arm movements of a swimmer, designed to enhance shoulder and core mobility. This movement is beneficial for improving flexibility and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides.
  2. Extend your right arm forward while the left arm sweeps backward.
  3. Simultaneously, rotate your torso in the direction of the forward arm.
  4. Alternate arm positions in a smooth, continuous motion.
  5. Engage your core throughout the exercise for stability.
