How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides.
- Extend your right arm forward while the left arm sweeps backward.
- Simultaneously, rotate your torso in the direction of the forward arm.
- Alternate arm positions in a smooth, continuous motion.
- Engage your core throughout the exercise for stability.
