The V Sit on Floor is an advanced core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. It involves balancing on the buttocks while lifting and holding the legs and torso in a V shape. This exercise enhances core stability and improves balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and arms by your sides.
  2. Engage your core and lean back slightly, lifting your legs off the ground.
  3. Raise your arms forward parallel to the floor, forming a V shape with your body.
  4. Hold the position while maintaining balance and controlled breathing.
  5. Lower your legs and torso back to the starting position.
