The Plank Pike Slide with Towel is a full-body exercise that primarily targets the core. It combines a plank with a sliding motion to engage the abdominal muscles while also challenging stability and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with your feet on a towel.
  2. Engage your core and keep your body in a straight line.
  3. Slide your feet towards your hands, lifting your hips into a pike position.
  4. Hold briefly, then slide back to the starting plank position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
