Crunchy Frog is a core exercise focused on strengthening and toning the abdominal muscles while improving balance and coordination. It involves a combination of a sit-up motion and knee tucks, challenging both upper and lower abdominals.
How to do it
- Sit on the floor with legs extended and slightly reclined torso.
- Lift your feet off the ground and balance on your hips, engaging your core.
- Pull your knees towards your chest while bringing your arms around them.
- Extend your legs back out and open your arms wide.
- Repeat while maintaining balance and controlled motions.
