Crunchy Frog is a core exercise focused on strengthening and toning the abdominal muscles while improving balance and coordination. It involves a combination of a sit-up motion and knee tucks, challenging both upper and lower abdominals.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and slightly reclined torso.
  2. Lift your feet off the ground and balance on your hips, engaging your core.
  3. Pull your knees towards your chest while bringing your arms around them.
  4. Extend your legs back out and open your arms wide.
  5. Repeat while maintaining balance and controlled motions.
