Lying Leg Raise to Side

This exercise involves raising the legs while lying on the back, engaging the core and working the oblique muscles by twisting the hips to one side. It's effective for strengthening the abdominal muscles and improving core stability.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended out to the sides.
  2. Keep your legs straight and raise them towards the ceiling.
  3. Twist your hips to one side, lowering the legs towards the ground.
  4. Raise the legs back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch sides.
