The Supine Spinal Twist is a yoga pose that helps in stretching the spine, improving flexibility, and relieving tension in the back. It also aids in stimulating the digestive system. This exercise is beneficial for promoting spinal mobility and enhancing the thoracic spine rotation.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended to the sides, palms facing up.
  2. Bend your right knee and cross it over your body to the left side.
  3. Keep your shoulders flat on the ground and turn your head to the right.
  4. Hold the position while taking deep breaths, feeling the stretch in your spine.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side.
