The Push-Up with Twist is a dynamic exercise that enhances core strength and stability while targeting the upper body. This variation of the traditional push-up incorporates a rotational movement to engage the oblique muscles, providing a comprehensive workout for the chest, shoulders, triceps, and core.

How to do it

  1. Start in a plank position with hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lower your body until your chest is close to the ground.
  3. Push back up while simultaneously twisting your torso to one side, raising the opposite arm towards the sky.
  4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides with each repetition.
