How to do it
- Lie on an incline bench, holding an EZ Bar with a narrow grip and arms extended toward the ceiling.
- Position the bar over your forehead, maintaining a slight bend in the elbows.
- Lower the bar by bending the elbows, keeping upper arms stationary.
- Extend the elbows to return to the starting position, feeling the triceps contract.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
