How to do it
- Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable machine.
- Kneel in front of the machine with your elbows resting on a bench.
- Grip the rope and extend your arms forward, keeping your elbows close to your head.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
