The cable triceps kickback is an exercise targeting the triceps muscles, enhancing arm definition and strength. Performed using a cable machine, it allows for a controlled motion that effectively isolates the triceps.
How to do it
- Attach a single handle to a low cable pulley.
- Stand facing the cable machine with a slight forward lean, and grasp the handle with one hand.
- Keep your upper arm stationary and extend your elbow to push the handle back.
- Pause briefly at the end, then slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps and switch arms.
