The Body-Up exercise is a dynamic push-up variation that targets the triceps, building upper body strength and stability. The participant begins in a plank position and combines a push-up with an upward body lift, engaging core and arm muscles intensely.

How to do it

  1. Begin in a plank position with forearms on the ground and body straight.
  2. Engage your core, keep elbows close to your body, and prepare to push upward.
  3. Push through your palms to extend your arms, lifting your body into a straight-arm plank.
  4. Reverse the movement by bending your elbows to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
