How to do it
- Kneel on a pad with both knees, facing a landmine barbell with the bar at shoulder height.
- Grip the barbell with both hands, keeping elbows close to the body.
- Engage your core and push the barbell forward and up, extending through the shoulders.
- Return to the starting position with control and repeat.
