The landmine kneeling thruster press is a compound exercise that effectively targets the upper body and core while engaging the lower body for stability. This movement is beneficial for building shoulder strength and enhancing full-body coordination.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on a pad with both knees, facing a landmine barbell with the bar at shoulder height.
  2. Grip the barbell with both hands, keeping elbows close to the body.
  3. Engage your core and push the barbell forward and up, extending through the shoulders.
  4. Return to the starting position with control and repeat.
