The kettlebell upright row is an exercise that targets the upper body muscles, focusing on the shoulders and upper back. It helps in building strength and improving shoulder stability, which is beneficial for posture and upper body conditioning.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell with both hands.
- Bring the kettlebell in front of you at waist level, keeping your back straight.
- Pull the kettlebell upward toward your chin, keeping elbows higher than your hands.
- Pause at the top, then lower it back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
