The kettlebell half kneeling shoulder press is an exercise focusing on shoulder strength and stability while engaging the core. By kneeling, it enhances balance and core activation. This position also reduces lower back strain, allowing for a more concentrated shoulder press.

How to do it

  1. Start in a half-kneeling position with the kettlebell at shoulder height.
  2. Ensure your core is engaged and your back is straight.
  3. Press the kettlebell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
  4. Lower the kettlebell back to shoulder height with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch sides.
