The Step Jack is a cardio exercise that resembles a jumping jack but without the jump. It helps to improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and flexibility. This low-impact movement is suitable for all fitness levels, making it a great warm-up or workout move.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Step your right foot out to the side while raising your arms overhead.
  3. Bring your right foot back to the starting position, lowering your arms.
  4. Repeat with the left foot, alternating sides continuously.
