The Kettlebell Suitcase Deadlift is a functional lower body exercise that mainly targets the legs and core. It simulates lifting a suitcase and helps develop strength and stability, improving balance and posture.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and a kettlebell placed beside one foot.
  2. Bend your knees and hinge at your hips to grab the kettlebell with one hand.
  3. Keeping your back straight, lift the kettlebell by extending your hips and knees.
  4. Stand tall at the top, pausing briefly before lowering back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
