How to do it
- Secure a resistance band to a stable anchor and the Glute-Ham Developer machine.
- Position your body on the machine, hooking your heels under the foot pads.
- Lower your torso forward, maintaining control, until nearly parallel to the floor.
- Engage your hamstrings and glutes to raise your torso back to the starting position.
- Maintain a straight line from your head to knees throughout the movement.
