How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands clasped in front.
- Step to the side with your right foot, bending knees into a squat.
- Reach left hand toward the right foot, keeping back straight.
- Return to start and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides in a smooth rhythm.
