Side Squat Touchdown is a dynamic lower body exercise targeting balance and strength. It involves performing side squats while reaching toward the opposite foot, enhancing coordination and mobility. This exercise primarily benefits the legs and improves overall agility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands clasped in front.
  2. Step to the side with your right foot, bending knees into a squat.
  3. Reach left hand toward the right foot, keeping back straight.
  4. Return to start and repeat on the other side.
  5. Continue alternating sides in a smooth rhythm.
