Jumping Squat Jacks combine the dynamic movement of jumping jacks with the strength-building aspects of squats. This exercise enhances cardiovascular fitness and leg strength while engaging multiple muscle groups for improved body coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms at your sides.
- Lower into a squat position by bending your knees and keeping your chest up.
- Explosively jump up, extending your arms and legs outward as in a jumping jack.
- Land softly back into the squat position and repeat.
- Continue with a fluid motion, maintaining control throughout.
