How to do it
- Begin standing with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a barbell across your upper back.
- Lower into a squat by bending your knees and hips, keeping your chest up.
- Explosively drive upwards through your heels, jumping off the ground.
- Land softly, absorbing the impact by bending your knees.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
