How to do it

  1. Stand on one leg facing the box, keeping your core engaged.
  2. Swing your arms and bend the knee of the standing leg to prepare for the jump.
  3. Explode off the ground, landing softly on the box with the same leg.
  4. Stabilize your body before stepping back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
