Jumping Air Bike is a dynamic exercise combining a jump with a bicycle motion in the air. How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and engage your core.
  2. Jump up, simultaneously lifting one knee toward your chest.
  3. While in air, quickly switch legs in a bicycle motion, moving the opposite knee up.
  4. Land softly on your feet and immediately repeat the motion.
  5. Maintain a steady rhythm and controlled movements throughout the exercise.
