How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and engage your core.
- Jump up, simultaneously lifting one knee toward your chest.
- While in air, quickly switch legs in a bicycle motion, moving the opposite knee up.
- Land softly on your feet and immediately repeat the motion.
- Maintain a steady rhythm and controlled movements throughout the exercise.
