How to do it
- Start on knees with suspension straps in hands, arms extended forward.
- Engage core and maintain a straight line from knees to head.
- Slowly extend arms forward, allowing body to lean slightly forward.
- Roll out until arms are fully extended and core tensed.
- Return to starting position by pulling arms back with core engaged.
