The Suspender Rollout is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominals, engaging stabilizer muscles through dynamic extension. It involves using suspension straps to perform a rollout motion, challenging the core stability and control.

How to do it

  1. Start on knees with suspension straps in hands, arms extended forward.
  2. Engage core and maintain a straight line from knees to head.
  3. Slowly extend arms forward, allowing body to lean slightly forward.
  4. Roll out until arms are fully extended and core tensed.
  5. Return to starting position by pulling arms back with core engaged.
