The 3 Leg Chaturanga Pose is a dynamic yoga movement that combines upper body strength with core engagement and balance. It primarily benefits the practitioner by enhancing shoulder strength and stability while also challenging the core and leg muscles through a one-legged posture.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with hands under shoulders, engaging the core.
  2. Lift one leg straight behind while maintaining a strong core and neutral spine.
  3. Lower your body into a chaturanga, keeping elbows close to the body.
  4. Press back up, maintaining the lifted leg position.
  5. Switch legs and repeat.
