How to do it
- Start in a high plank position with hands under shoulders, engaging the core.
- Lift one leg straight behind while maintaining a strong core and neutral spine.
- Lower your body into a chaturanga, keeping elbows close to the body.
- Press back up, maintaining the lifted leg position.
- Switch legs and repeat.
