How to do it

- Lean back slightly, keeping your spine straight, and lift your feet off the ground.
- Extend your legs and arms out straight, forming a V shape with your body.
- Hold the position, engaging your core and maintaining balance.
- Release after holding for the desired time, gradually lowering your legs.
