The Kneeling Hip Flexor stretch is designed to target and improve flexibility in the hip flexors and the surrounding muscles. It helps enhance mobility, reduce tightness, and improve posture, especially benefiting those who sit for extended periods.

How to do it

  1. Begin in a kneeling position, with one knee on the ground and the other foot forward.
  2. Shift your weight forward onto the front leg until a stretch is felt in the hip of the back leg.
  3. Keep your torso upright and engage your core for stability.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds and switch sides.
