Band hip flexion is an exercise targeting the hip flexor muscles. It involves using a resistance band to lift the knee against resistance, helping to strengthen the hip area and improve mobility.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band to a stationary object and secure it around one ankle.
  2. Stand upright with your hands on your hips for balance.
  3. Lift your knee up to hip level against the band's resistance.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, then lower the leg back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
