Hip circles are a dynamic stretching exercise targeting the range of motion in the hips. It's beneficial for warming up before a workout, promoting hip flexibility and mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and hands on hips.
  2. Slowly rotate your hips in a circular motion, keeping the upper body steady.
  3. Complete several rotations in one direction, then switch to the other direction.
