The Hanging Toes to Bar exercise is an advanced core workout that targets the entire abdominal region. It involves hanging from a bar and lifting the toes to touch the bar, engaging the core muscles intensely. This movement helps improve core strength, flexibility, and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Hang from a pull up bar with an overhand grip, keeping the arms straight and feet together.
  2. Engage your core and lift your legs straight up towards the bar.
  3. Aim to touch the bar with your toes by flexing your hips and rolling your pelvis upward.
  4. Lower your legs back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
