How to do it
- Hang from a pull up bar with an overhand grip, keeping the arms straight and feet together.
- Engage your core and lift your legs straight up towards the bar.
- Aim to touch the bar with your toes by flexing your hips and rolling your pelvis upward.
- Lower your legs back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
