How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent.
  2. Hold hands in a guard position near the chin.
  3. Twist the torso to the left, pivoting on the right foot as you punch with the left hand.
  4. Return to starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  5. Maintain core engagement and control throughout the exercise.
