How to do it
- Place your knees on the top of the box, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor.
- Engage your core and maintain a straight line from shoulders to knees.
- Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
- Push back up to the starting position, extending your arms fully.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
