The decline kneeling push-up on a box targets the upper chest and shoulders by elevating the feet, increasing resistance on these areas. This modified version suits those developing strength for regular and decline push-ups, enhancing upper-body muscle endurance and stability.

How to do it

  1. Place your knees on the top of the box, keeping your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor.
  2. Engage your core and maintain a straight line from shoulders to knees.
  3. Lower your body until your chest nearly touches the floor.
  4. Push back up to the starting position, extending your arms fully.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
