How to do it
- Lie flat on a bench, holding a kettlebell in each hand with arms extended above your chest.
- Position your feet flat on the ground for stability.
- Slowly lower the kettlebells to chest level by bending your elbows.
- Pause briefly at the bottom, then press the kettlebells back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
